The Minneapolis City Council will hold a presentation and public hearing on Neighborhoods 2020 draft program guidelines Thursday, Nov. 5 at the Public Health and Safety Committee meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. The proposed guidelines relate to equity, funding, and governance for the Minneapolis neighborhood organizations in 2021 and beyond.
