Spark-Y: “The Art of Youth Empowerment”
Visit Spark-Y during Art-A-Whirl and explore the intersections of art, sustainability and entrepreneurship with an open house - and spring plant sale - featuring youth made art. Whisker Rescue will hold an adoption event where passersby can meet and interact with up to a half-dozen cats and kittens ready for new homes.
