Free community meals at Gustavus Adolphus
Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, 1509 27th Ave. NE, serves free community meals on the first Saturday of each month. Meals are served in the church basement 5:30-7 pm. The next meals will be served May 3, June 7, July 5, Aug. 2 and Sept. 6 .

Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, will offer a free two-part Introduction to Zen Practice mini-course.
