NE Royalty applicants needed by June 9
The Northeast Minneapolis Royalty Ambassador Scholarship Program, a Northeast tradition for over 50 years, seeks candidates. The Junior Program is for boys and girls who are or will be 6-11 years old by June 20. Candidates receive a T-Shirt, trophy, gift bag, ride in the Northeast parade, participate in fun activities, learn to write thank you cards, and meet new friends. Have a good time and do good at the Stone Arch Bridge Festival, June 15-16. Memorial Blood Centers will be on hand at 219 SE Main Street, Suite 304, from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Presenting donors (if you show up, but they don’t take your blood) as well as accepted donors will be automatically entered to win one of 16 pairs of tickets to a Minnesota Twins game.
