DESCRIPTION:YogaDevotion is the practice based on breath\, prayer and movement\, encouraging healthy living and peaceful presence\, led by a trained yoga instructor\, and open to all skill levels. Bring a yoga mat. Classes are  held on Thursday evenings\, 6:30-7:30 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church\, 4101 Washington St. NE\, in five- to eight-week sessions  Septembe -May. The first class begins as a five-week\, every Thursday evening session\, from Sept. 27-Oct. 25\, 6:30-7:30 pm. Cost is $40 per participant for the five weeks\, .
