SUMMARY:Summer Slam
DESCRIPTION:Summer Slam is a fundraiser for the Thomas Edison high school wrestling team to support their need for new gear and other expenses. The event will begin on July 12 with a barbecue at noon and wrestling matches starting at 3:30 pm. The matches will include high-level high school wrestlers who didn’t get the opportunity to face each other this past season along with some collegiate wrestlers from around the country\, with 8+ different states represented.  The event is free to enter\, but donations are highly recommended. No prior registration is needed; attendees can just show up. Thomas Edison high school plaza\, 700 22nd Ave. NE.
