DESCRIPTION:Are you familiar with TRE® ~ Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises? Developed by Dr. David Berceli\, a field traumatologist and bodyworker\, it’s a blend of polyvagal theory\, body awareness and nervous system rebalancing through tremoring. Summer of TRE® is a project to teach the series of exercises to as many humans as possible\, in Minneapolis Parks\, this summer. Classes at Windom Park will be held July 14\, 21\, 28\, and Aug. 4 and 11 at 10 am.
