SUMMARY:SHAPE volunteers needed
DESCRIPTION:Hennepin County volunteers are needed to support SHAPE\, an on-going public health surveillance and assessment of the health of county residents and the factors that affect their health. The SHAPE team needs volunteers to meet their goal of getting 400 completed surveys from each regional human service center. Local public health\, human services\, and nonprofit agencies use the survey to identify and fund programs aimed at improving community health.
