DESCRIPTION:Memorial Blood Centers is teaming up with the Minnesota State Fair to give blood donors a chance to win tickets to the Great Minnesota Get-Together. All presenting donors in July are automatically entered to win one of 27 pairs of Minnesota State Fair tickets. Visit MBC.ORG/FAIR for more information. Plus\, all donors from June 28 through July 9 receive a limited edition T-shirt. \nDonors are urgently needed due to a critical shortage of all blood types. This shortage is anticipated to continue over the Fourth of July holiday. The need for blood doesn’t take a summer vacation\, and Memorial Blood Centers needs over 2\,000 donors to step up every week to maintain a steady blood supply for local hospitals. \nVisit MBC.ORG to review eligibility guidelines and make an appointment at your nearest donor center or at one of the following public blood drives.
