In this weekend workshop from the MN Tool Library you’ll learn what a project like this entails\, from visioning it out to sanding techniques and finishing options. Day 1 (3/2/24 from 3-5:30 pm) will go over how to use the Tool Library’s floor sanding equipment\, including demonstration of a drum sander and edger and cover topics such as dust control and dealing with corners and other tricky spots. Day 2 (3/3/24 from 3-5:30pm) will focus on finishing your floor – buffing\, cleanup\, and choosing the right finish\, including color\, application methods\, and best practices for cleaning and maintenance.
