DESCRIPTION:Individuals are welcome to review the preferred concept plan for replacing equipment at Columbia Park’s  2-5 year old play area and submit their comments at a public hearing on Wednesday\, May 4\, 6:30 pm. Proposed play equipment includes a pirate ship theme\, playhouse\, spinner\, toddler swings and a child/adult combined swing. The hearing takes place during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB). To speak in person\, call 612-230-6400 before 3 pm on May 4\, or arrive at Mary Merrill Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Headquarters\, 2117 West River Rd.\, Board Room (second floor) before the hearing begins; add your name to the sign-up sheet at the board room entrance.
