The work of Michael Sommers\, the show is about the Prudence and Misfortune of materials\, not lost nor forgotten\, but rediscovered\, repurposed\, shaped by hands and eyes that see and cannot see. Piled in a corner they know Misfortune. Yet\, the materials maintain feelings of hope and expectation.“We will come in handy someday\,” they whisper.  The show runs through May 4. Other events include Conversations with Michael Sommers and Xavier Tavera hosted by John Hock.; Friday\, May 3\, 7-9 pm\, HUMANAPE!!!!; and Saturday\, May 4\, 3-5 pm\, Boat Burning. \n
