DESCRIPTION:Minneapolis Solid Waste & Recycling will have an organics recycling training Thursday\, Oct. 13\, 6-8 p.m.\, at Windom Park\, 2251 Hayes St. NE. \nParticipants can get organics recycling questions answered with hands-on learning and demonstrations\, learn about the City’s new Recycling Block Leader program\, hear a presentation from Minneapolis Recycling Staff\, get a free kitchen organics collection container (while supplies last)\, and pick up a free yard sign promoting organics recycling.
