SUMMARY:Northeast Community Band holiday concert
DESCRIPTION:The Northeast Community Band will present its annual holiday concert Thursday\, Dec. 19\, 7 pm at Edison High School\, 700 22nd Ave. NE. The free concert will feature a Morton Gould rendition of “Jingle Bells\,” as well as old favorites such as “Sleigh Ride” and “Auld Lang Syne.” Free. The band will hold a raffle for restaurant gift cards; proceeds will go toward the band’s Ralph Sowden Memorial Scholarship\, which encourages Edison seniors to continue their musical experience after high school. Refreshments served after the concert. \n
