DESCRIPTION:The Logan Park Neighborhood Association (LPNA) will have it Lights of Logan Lighting Contest\, Sunday\, Dec. 16. Light up the Neighborhood for a chance to have your electric bill paid. House and yard lights must be on by 5 pm to enter. \nThe first-prize winner will have 100 percent of their December electric bill paid. Second place will have 75 percent paid\, and third place will have 50 percent paid.
