DESCRIPTION:Logan Park Neighborhood Association is holding its annual “Lights of Logan” contest on Dec. 18 for Logan Park residents. This year’s theme is “Light up the Holidays.” Have your house/yard lights on by 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 18 to be considered for judging. Winners will receive assistance with their Dec. electric bill. First place: Dec. electric bill paid 100 percent\, Second place: Dec. electric bill paid 75 percent\, and Third place: Dec. electric bill paid 50 percent.
