DESCRIPTION:Spark-Y\, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth empowerment and entrepreneurship\, is hosting its first annual Earth Day celebration for students in grades 5-8\, being held virtually on Thursday\, April 22\, 9-11 am. \nAt Earth Day the Spark-Y Way\, students will get to hear from local leaders of sustainability projects around the Twin Cities\, learn about local food from Spark-Y educators\, and receive an invitation to participate in a sustainable design competition. \nAnyone can watch the event\, but students must be in grades 5-8 to enter the competition.
