DESCRIPTION:Compassionate Ocean Zen Center\, 652 17th Ave. NE\, will offer an Introduction to Zen Practice course on Monday\, Nov. 7\, 7-9 pm. The class will consist of a combination of discussion about Zen and its place in Buddhism\, some information about Compassionate Ocean Zen Center\, and instruction in sitting meditation. Guiding Teacher Michael O’Neal will lead this program\, which is intended to be a starting point for those curious about or new to Zen.
