Heights SnowBLAST CANCELED

Columbia Heights’ sixth annual SnowBLAST event, scheduled for  Saturday, Feb. 7, 4-7 pm at Huset Park, 3965 Jefferson St NE, has been canceled. In a statement issued by the city, “Our community events are intended to be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age, race, sex, or creed. At this time, the City can’t in good faith host a community event when community members are afraid to leave their homes. We hope you understand and will join us at an event in the future when everyone can gather again without fear.”
