DESCRIPTION:The City of Minneapolis has issued a call for art for the Graco Park Tunnel. Artists at all skill levels and who work in a range of materials and scales are welcome to apply. The selected artist will design and create an artwork on the tunnel interior. Artists will need to research the history of the location\, have connections within the local communities and the skills to do meaningful community engagement.
