DESCRIPTION:Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) will host a free virtual Alzheimer’s educational conference\, specifically for Minnesota residents\, on Tuesday\, March 16. The conference is part of AFA’s Educating America Tour. Leading medical\, dementia care and elder law experts\, a couple of whom are from Minnesota\, will discuss a variety of Alzheimer’s-related topics including long term care and legal planning\, how mindfulness can help with family caregiving\, and caregiver tips and strategies. Attendees will learn about research\, resources\, and valuable programs and services. There will also be a performance by Minnesota’s Giving Voice Chorus.
