DESCRIPTION:If you would like to learn more about those experiencing homelessness in Minneapolis or learn about local community partners who are reaching out to our neighbors in need\, there will be a free showing of\, “Out in the Cold” on Thursday\, Aug. 4\, 7-9 p.m. at Hope Avenue\, 685 13th Ave. NE. It’s a documentary about two men who spend a week experiencing homelessness first-hand in Minnesota\, in February. This showing is co-hosted by these local community partners: Mile in My Shoes http://www.mileinmyshoes.mn/ \, Hope Avenue: http://elimchurch.com/hope-avenue/ and Restore Community: a  Northeast community group focused on building relationships with those experiencing homelessness in our city.
