SUMMARY:Family Flannel Fest returns to Columbia Park
DESCRIPTION:East Side Neighborhood Services will host its 2nd Annual Family Flannel Fest Feb. 9\, 12:00pm-2:30pm at Columbia Manor\, 3300 Central Ave NE\, to benefit Camp Bovey. This free family event will host a large variety of indoor and outdoor activities including sledding\, snowshoeing\, shelter building\, fire building and nature tables. Indoors you’ll find cookie decorating\, family flannel photos\, and crafts\, plus chili and hot cocoa for sale. \nThe 2020 Flannel Fest will also partner with Spots Last Stop Canine Rescue. Spots will have a number of adoptable dogs on site as well as staff to teach what rescue is all about. Flannel Fest is also an opportunity to learn more about Camp Bovey’s upcoming summer session and discounts on pre-registration. Camp Bovey\, makes learning about the environment fun while helping campers feel confident about their outdoor skills and their ability to learn new things.
