Facilitated caregiver support group

St. Anthony Community Services is hosting a monthly in-person facilitated group to provide support and resources for care partners. Amy House, a trained facilitator, is designing this group specifically for care partners of any age. While care partners are meeting, their loved ones will be in an adjoining classroom to engage in activities with a staff person. Register for you and your loved one.
