To reserve a spot\, contact Brenna at 612-787-4055. Programs include: Hot Topics on Summer Fire Safety\, July 12\, 10-11 a.m.\, and Current Scams Targeting Seniors\, July 26\, 10-11 a.m. \nESNS also offers Vital Fitness\, Tuesdays\, 11 a.m.-noon\, a free exercise program to improve balance\, strength\, and coordination. For more information\, contact Gloria at 612-787-4056. \nSenior Dining is Monday-Friday\, noon-12:30 p.m.\, offering warm\, nutritious meals for those age 60 and older\, hosted by Volunteers of America. The cost is $4. Reservations are required three days in advance by calling Dawn at 612-787-4093. \nBINGO is Tuesdays and Thursdays\, 12:30-1:30 p.m. Registration is not required. \n
