DESCRIPTION:Edison High School\, 700 22nd Ave. NE\, will host an Open House/10th Annual Eastside Community & Schools BBQ\, Thursday\, Aug. 25. Eastside schools are kicking-off the school year together. Family\, friends\, and neighbors are invited. Activities will include the open house\, 4-6 p.m.\, BBQ\, 3:30-7:30 p.m.\, and a meet-and-greet with Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Ed Graff\, 5-6:30 p.m. \nOther schools hosting open houses Aug. 25 include Marcy Open\, Northeast Middle\, Pillsbury Elementary\, Sheridan Elementary\, Waite Park Elementary\, and Webster Elementary. Participants can come to the BBQ before or after their school’s open house for a free dinner and community get together.
