DESCRIPTION:As their February community outreach event\, the Columbia Heights Police Dept. is hosting its first-ever Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday\, Feb. 26\, 10 am-4 pm in their training room\, 825 41st Ave. NE. This is a great opportunity to make a blood donation and visit with employees of the police department to ask questions or share concerns. They’re excited to partner with the Red Cross on this event. There’s a critical need for blood this time of year and everyone can give back to the community by donating blood.
