SUMMARY:Central Riverfront bridge repair meeting
DESCRIPTION:Third Ward Minneapolis Council Member Steve Fletcher will host a community meeting about Central Riverfront bridge repairs\, Monday\, Jan. 14\, 5:30-7 pm\, at DeLaSalle High School\, 1 De La Salle Drive. \nThe 10th Avenue Bridge and the 3rd Avenue Bridge\, two of the major bridges across the Mississippi River in the Central Riverfront\, are in need repairs and are expected to close to receive those repairs in the next two years. The Stone Arch Bridge\, also owned by MnDOT\, is also in need of significant repairs\, and those needs are being assessed. \nState Sen. Kari Dziedzic and staff from MnDOT and Minneapolis Public Works will attend the meeting to share information with everyone who will be impacted by these projects about how they are being coordinated.
