The event will take place from 11:00 am-12:00 pm at the Sheridan Neighborhood Organization Community Garden\, located at 611 13th Ave. NE in Minneapolis. Attendees will learn from local chefs\, sample a plant-based dish\, and take home the recipe to make themselves. The event is free and open to the public. \n
