Everyone is welcome. People from Bottineau\, Columbia Park\, Sheridan\, and St. Anthony West are especially needed. \nAFCAC weighs in with the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board on use and development plans for parcels along and adjacent to the Mississippi River from Plymouth Avenue to the northern city limit.
