DESCRIPTION:Northeast Park\, 1509 Johnson St. NE\, will be the scene of many programs for 55-plus adults this fall. Weekly ongoing drop-in programs require no registration. Call 612-370-4920 or email northeast@minneapolisparks.org. \nIndoor Walking: Wednesdays and Fridays\, 10 am-noon \nPickleball: Mondays and Thursdays\, 10:30 am-12:30 pm. Women’s pickleball\, Tuesdays\, 10:30 am-12:30 pm. Pickleball is $4 per week\, payable at the door. \nChair Yoga: Fridays\, 11 am-noon. Session 1: Sept. 6-Oct. 18\, $49; Session 2: Oct. 25-Dec. 20\, $56. \nStay Strong: Mondays\, 9:15-10:15 am. Session 1: Sept. 9-Oct. 7\, $30; Session 2: Oct. 21-Nov. 25\, $30; Session 3: Dec. 2-30\, $30. \nFullerton Advanced Balance Scale Assessment: Thursday\, Sept. 12\, free\, but register. The FAB scale looks at four of your balance balance systems and will provide individual results\, as well as tell you how you compare to people in your age group. After the assessment\, they will make recommendations on ways to improve your balance. 15-minute appointments available 1-2:30 pm. \nFall Proof!
