DESCRIPTION:The Above the Falls Community Advisory Council (AFCAC) meets the last Tuesday of every month at 7 pm\, and is made up of representatives from neighborhoods\, businesses\, and environmental organizations. \nEveryone is welcome to attend meetings. Representation from Bottineau\, Columbia Park\, Marshall Terrace\, Sheridan\, and St. Anthony West is especially needed. \nAFCAC weighs in with the City of Minneapolis and the Parks & Recreation Board on use and development plans for parcels along and adjacent to the Mississippi River from Plymouth Avenue to the northern city limit.
