SUMMARY:3rd Annual Weird Sh*t Art Show Celebrates the Bizarre
DESCRIPTION:The Weird Sh*t Art Show returns with a lineup of more than 75 artists whose works represent the abnormal\, strange\, freaky and bizarre. The event takes place at the A-Mill Artists Lofts (315 SE Main St\, Minneapolis\, MN) on Sunday\, March 31 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The show will kick off with Speed Friending for Artists from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. The goal of the event is to help artists of all varieties make connections so that they can collaborate\, make friends\, and inspire each other.  The show includes performances\, interactive happenings and visual exhibits aimed to bemuse and bewilder.For example\, an “in-security officer” will write attendees tickets based on his own exaggerated self-consciousness. Yuya Negishi Internationally renowned Avant-Garde Muralist\, & TED Talker will feature surrealistic pieces.. Electronic music artist Symone Smash It will lead attendees on a journey through an alternate reality. Models will don outfits made from plastic bags and conduct a fashion show. And that’s only 5 percent of the show. \n
