Minneapolis 2040 engagement meeting
December 2 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
The City of Minneapolis is hosting a series of interactive engagement meetings in December for input on Minneapolis 2040, an update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan, which shapes how Minneapolis will grow and change. The plan covers topics such as housing, job creation, the design of new buildings, and street use.
Van Cleve Park, 901 15th Ave. SE, will host a meeting, Saturday, Dec. 2, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The Southeast Como, Waite Park, and Marcy-Holmes neighborhoods are co-sponsoring the event, which will feature family friendly activities and free food from local businesses. Beginning Nov. 20, the plan web site, minneapolis2040.com, will include interactive content and an option to leave feedback online.
